Then do it "Then do it" isn't simple, but we are (at least slowly) moving in the way of more automated and more efficent entry of such data. and also have an enrollment program to get all who qualify covered and special programs for those with exisisting conditions. Coverage for existing conditions is charity (if provided voluntarily, perhaps theft or fraud if involuntary) not insurance. It can be argued that its charity that should be provided, but it isn't insuring against anything.
