if you buy the concept of appreciating dollar then all dollar assets will appreciate in value for foreign buyers. Many have been holding back waiting for the bottom in the dollar. We shall see how it turns out but with oil going down in face of a war in oil areas and with the dollar going up it looks like the trend has reversed. This should end up being good for all American companies. I would suspect exporters and multis focusing on europe business might not hold up as well as more domestic type plays. Russell has been up more than large multis.
