none should keep it would be safer, especially when there are folks who believe in staying the course in conflicts of 1000+ year duration.
None should keep it would be ideal, which is hard to achieve but there is still certain degree of probability. Nonetheless, it would take a huge collective effort of planet earth. So it is a tenacious endeavor that takes cultural change in certain parts of the world.

BTW, it also gives benefit though considering what is holding together the US FRN$, hence the global monetary system for now. Both Japan and China are enthusiastic FRN$ supporters for whatever reason(s) that could be dramatically different as conjured by individuals of their unique perspectives. Another letting is coming soon, I speculate, so is the time for getting more Au/Ag in physical or derivatives forms, per one's own choice.
