Pres Bush remarks: sending Rice to France--Sarkozy will broker a deal between Russia and Georgia. Rice will travel to Georgia..unwavering support for that democracy..she will rally the free world for a free GA. Bob Gates humanitarian mission will be headed by the US military..it will be vigorous and ongoing. Humanitarian aid is presently on it's way to Georgia.. delivered by US Navy. Russia must cease all military activity in GA and withdraw. Russia putting it's financial interests at risk. Russia Must keep it's word and act to end this crisis.
