Obama's a liberal democrat. Liberal democrats decimate the military to fund their payoffs to voters. Happens every time, Carter....Clinton......Obama......

He's made a youtube statement for a leftwing anti-military group of his intention to scrap development of new weapons systems and anti-missile programs (justified by labeling them wasteful, unneeded).

The military manpower "increase" is what Bush called for in his last State of the Union address and Congress already approved. So his increase is simply an agreement not to cut troop levels. Just the weapons systems they'll need in the future.
