The only 'good' options are indirect ones.... (Still, they will sting Putin's team.) Things like advancing Ukraine toward the West and NATO... Reducing the American economy's addiction to oil (the better to reduce the undue influence of 'Frenamies' like Russia or the Gulf oil producers, or Venezuela, etc.) Quitting the annual borrowing (& then out-pouring onto Middle Eastern sands) of over $200 Billion each year - which is our current run-rate for Iraq - and then rebuilding and strengthening our military capabilities and our economy.
