That's always been the case ...and Bush says ANWR will produce only 3% at it's peak. But you don't believe in peaks, do you? So why are you and your party selling the idea like it's new and will immediately drive down the price of gasoline...? Why are you trying to convey the idea that such drilling will make us energy independent? You know, as least you should know, that we will never be oil independent....and if you do think that tell me what's been going on the last 40 years.. And with regard to importing oil, what's wrong with that, and where is the oil we went to war for?
