Commodities, particular ag and some metals have been sold off so mercilessly, amidst public margin calls (see BIOF) so that they "only" can bounce up in an environment where interest rates can not rise anymore.

Today I purchased HO, PA and ZC it is true I shied away from Soy but even Soy oil saw finally saw some bid and theres still some gas in the meal, sending the stuff limit up... It was interesting HO failed to go through 3, PA stopped just short of breaking 300 and Corn, well Corn sees bids for the second day in a row, unseen for several weeks. I decided to take home a position because it was so solidly limit up and it is already indicated 10 points better after hours.

Perhaps this try is more successful than the last ( Message 24835482 ) where there was no consistent buying...

The currencies are a disappointment (except the vast EUR YEN reversal), but I am sure we will see a fierce bounce in less than a week. CAD, AUD, GBP, EUR in that order.

Good god, look what beans are pulling off. They were not supposed to fall on a strong commodity day. They fell off a cliff and selling never sseemed to stop until it made a new low for today.

LT an ugly evening star, this is bearish.
