Terrorists are a real and growing threat (again) now that they have relative sanctuary in Pakistan. Chris is wrong about their rag tag status. They only have threatened us when they have a secure base as in pre-9/11 afganistan. If we ignore them in pakistan, we will have the same thing happen again in a few years. Chris thinks its a police matter and then wont let the police gather the intel. Whose side is he on? He hates the Jews, hates the Americans and jokes about gas ovens and 9/11. We have to assume that he is at minimum an al quaeda sympathiser.

David, I was responding to Chris. At the very least, if anyone disputes the fact that Al Qaeda is driven deeper underground, that to me is a clear sign of denial. Cause to them, they still don't see any difference between Osama bin Laden and Timothy McVeigh. Not even Peter Bergen, author of "Holy War, Inc." would agree with that view. Tenchusatsu
