Two things happened to ILI last year. They filed their financials late and were halted for several months. And a $9.5 million order for their pipe was delayed. The order went back to tender and should be reissued in the next few months. The tender requires the use of ILI's pipe so there is little chance that they won't receive this order again. The only unknown is when it will be issued.
Sprott Funds financed this company last year at $0.75.
