I don't think Powell has that drawing power anymore. People will see it as a black supporting another black, like the stories about black conservatives supporting Obama.

Good chance people will view it as black racism

Powell has great drawing power for POWELL. If he endorses Obama, it will be seen as a black endorsing one of his own. Won't make a bit of difference.
