At the risk of making you richer by 5 cents, Iraq didn't commit an act of war, Dumbyasscrap! It was attempting to defend its airspace which was being violated by US and UK.

Your moronic Dumbyasshole-style "reasoning" is tantamount to this - if somebody trespassed on your property, it is an act of war by you if you fired at him and he would then be justified in invading your property and throwing you out. Can't get any stupider than that, can you? Well, maybe *you* can! <vbg>

And just so that you shouldn't be getting 5 more cents, let me state that the "No-fly zones" were illegal and had no UN approval or authorization (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iraqi_no-fly_zones : "The Secretary-General of the UN at the time the resolution was passed, Boutros Boutros-Ghali called the no-fly zones "illegal" in a later interview with John Pilger")
