Russians, in the sense of "people from Russia" includes Chuckchas and many other people.

The knowledge that many russians don't do russian well comes from Russians. I once made a Russian language test, where the result "You probably cannot read this" also explained, that 7% of the russian population would have this score.

With the regard to the relationship between Russian language and negative feelings, that's something I hear from east Europeans. I don't have this association, and I like Russians, and I'm trying to learn Russian.

Beauty of St. Petersburg build on swamps with bones and blood of hundreds of thousands of people. almost fairytale Tsardom what do you mean by that I don't remember any fairytale where people are brutalized and expatriated on the whim. If you are referring to Dracula as a fairytale then you might have a point.
