If you eat as many fruits and veggies as you want to, and a little meat and a little whole grain I don't see how anyone could not be healthy.

I can't argue with eating a lot of fruits and veggies. Seems to me, though, that if you're going to eat fruit, it's better to eat the whole fruit, not drink the squeezed out sugar water. Juicing veggies makes sense to me. Fruits, not so much. And if you drink juice, keep an eye on blood glucose levels, which are among those things that tend to bite most people as they get older. I wish I had started paying attention to blood glucose earlier, at ninety rather than when it hit three digits.
