The people who paid big money for 10 year old econoboxes must feel really silly now.

A bullish guest was talking on CNBC this morning about how oil prices have fallen, and how that would jumpstart the economy. The host made an interesting comment that went something like

"It's interesting how people are now thinking $110 oil is bullish for the economy."

Remarkable timing, and really put things in perspective. 4-5 months ago people were talking about $100 oil killing the economy and now suddenly $110 oil is the saviour of the economy.

What will absolutely crater the markets next week is when Russia "accidently" kills one of the humanitarian human shields Bush has sent to the region.
