R you saying the US policies in Iraq over the last 15 years since Bush Sr.(and even before back to Reagan) did not have the effect of killing Iraqi civilians?

they did not pillage civilians neither did they settle scores based on ethnic / religion lines

Yup.

There was absolutely no selectivity in the carnage of "Shock and Awe".

All in all, a much more democratic opportunity to get slaughtered.
