Foreign people will move to take part in the most lucrative parts of the Russian economy, but "the most lucrative parts" doesn't amount to something that effects the population or overall labor situation all that much. A few thousand fairly wealthy people moving to Russia for short periods of time doesn't impact "the work force will decrease by 1.3 million per year".

This paragraph is an out take from the reply piece; "Russia is suffering from a well-documented demographic crisis. The country isn’t in the top 100 nations of the world when they are ranked for average male adult lifespan, and it suffers a net loss of hundreds of thousands from its population each year. " This explains why the nature of russias incursion into Georgia will be fought by proxy soldiers from almost anywhere. Where there is no employment, and the demand for insurgents is the only growth industry....what can you expect....this is a purrrfect kgb operation, the lawlessness and outright indiscriminate behavior of the troops and thier replacements, are but features of this new meglomania. Watch; because this whole thing, is part of a grand scheme, brought to us by comintern collusion, to facilitate continued extortion, across a whole range of already too familiar behaviors. msm media will front the operation with wrong headed analysis, all to the purpose of facilitation......... an easier life by the faulty appeal to affiliation. These expectations will not be fulfilled......due to systemic exposure from the top down.
