Then take Pakistan. Or Saudi Arabia. Not Iraq. But you are right... makes it quite a complicated operation. Anyways... that is a short answer and not really an answer at all but I have to jet right now. It is the crux of the matter so I don't mind discussing it or thinking on it (which I have done a lot)... but later. Take care.
