as mentioned before, regarding geopolitics china's imperatives are: (i) focus on the usa relationship as prime, do not resist, do not cooperate, just say no (ii) leave the russians well alone, as far away as possible (iii) watch india (iv) forget japan (v) dialogue with ec (vi) engage with rest of world and so - friends visit from afar, how happy we are - all from four oceans, all are brothers - harmonious rise - soft power - noninterference (as opposed to swiss neutrality)
