Everybody that I know that is holding physical bullion is using this dip to buy more gold and/or silver or is wishing that they had the funds to do so. It amazes me but I have not heard of a single person throwing in the towel. I am not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing.

Maybe it means that the gold spot price is a hoax and doesn't reflect physical demand or maybe it means that the suckers who bought physical gold and are holding and/or still buying need to get burned even more before the bottom is in.

If nobody throws in the towel and the spot price is being manipulated, I agree that the next logical step for the powers that be would be to force people to sell to the government at at artificially low prices.

The cheapest gold at Tulving is about $22 over spot right now and Eagles are $43 over spot. Many items are sold out...lots of suckers around I guess.
