The Chihuahua-Dolores mining company yesterday rejected the claims of Ejido Huizopa to unlock the conflict and that their demands are a cost of over two billion pesos in charge of the company, equivalent to more than half the value of the corporation in the market, executives pointed out yesterday.

At a press conference warned that the resolution of the conflict entered a critical phase in time, as investors began to demand the recovery of his money and must pay credits earned in the stock exchange in Canada to finance the mining operation in the Municipality of Wood.

Commented that Wood is a special place in the ideological and historical facts which gestaron there and this has served to attract groups outside the ejido with the aim of "defending" the ejidatarios and cause the output of the mining company region.

Carlos Garcia said that last Tuesday received a proposed settlement of Ejido which represents a cost of two billion pesos for mining.

He noted that the mine will not have profits by three billion dollars that ejidatarios and his advisers calculated, that perception Vic possible negotiation.

The company offered to pay 60 million pesos to start the work of exploitation and can hardly move closer to the expectations of the ejidatarios and although they have made progress in environmental and social issues, was unable to solve the economic side, such as paying additional rent to the already provided by more than 39 million pesos through a usufruct contract, plus a 50 per cent of the profits from the mine.

Settlements that authorities have made clear that no company may be forced to cede some of their profits, as demand now Ejido.

Meanwhile, Mark Beily, president and CEO of Minefinder, reported that they have invested $ 250 million in the project and is an opportunity to help the mining development in the state of Chihuahua.

He reported that there are 300 direct jobs and contracts with 10 local companies which makes an occupation a few thousand people.

The company carries invested nearly 127 million pesos in infrastructure development like roads, schools, a community center, housing, child care, clinics, church, potable water system and drainage, among others.

He said they are willing to support with 60 billion pesos to shore companies that provide services to the company and collaborate with economic and social development in the region.

It plans to invest about 900 million dollars for the payroll in the next 10 years, some 400 million more in federal taxes.

The company announced the delivery of 25 thousand U.S. dollars to support the training of students in the area of mining engineering, geology and metallurgy, as a test of the willingness to work on developing the mining industry.
