If you can't think of any major infrastructure build that didn't involve government... just maybe there CAN'T BE a major infrastructure build WITHOUT government involvement? That's really weak logic, and would be even if it wasn't well known that the government likes to stick its nose in to just about everything (while at the same time private concerns like to grab government money whenever possible) Otherwise in 230+ years it probably would have happened, eh? I said major MODERN infrastructure
