Its much worse than I thought. "No specific penalties or deadlines"??!! There's not going to be any bot mots for Condi this weekend. If ever there were a people who could fukk things up, its the Bush administration....altough I must say they've outdone themselves this time. No wonder the prez of GA is near tears.
