I don't know. Well frankly you've been blaming the Dems exclusively. They've really been exercising leadership on the anti-drilling side of the argument these days. The truth is the issue is bi-partisan, especially with the politicians in coastal areas. True, especially with re. to FL and CA. I take it you are ready to abandon the states rights thing... let the feds determine what happens off the coasts? States rights? We're talking federal waters involved in the federal OCS leasing ban, not state waters. State waters usually extend 3 miles offshore.
