And personally, I am not sure giving Russia wads of cash makes the situation any better in the long run. It has in the sense that they now have adopted capitalism. It makes it harder for Putin to go too far backwards. 'Free markets' require a little more freedom than existed under the old Soviet Union. Having said that, the US days of free reign over the world when an errant and arrogant neo could cause considerable damage are over. People like inoys will have to go back to their active fantasy world for some sort of satisfaction.
