In my IRA,I'm way in to collecting dividends. I don't want to have to touch my portfolio just to get cash. And my 401K is 90% cash getting 5+%.

And I have an orchard, make my own electricity, run my own water company, heat with wood, and will get my garden going again, so I'm a cheap date.
