She says he said he would have voted for the bill if it had been a federal bill, not a state bill. He's dead wrong at that level too.

This is the issue that may sink Obama. To vote against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act is inexplicable. He didn't have to appease any constituencies. NARAL was neutral, they would have given him a pass. Mind boggling....
