What's wrong with drilling royalties? That's public land, meaning our land. I want some value for any company that plans to use it for commercial purposes. And since oil dependence is killing our economy and national security, I want that value to go to alternative energy sources. Sounds like an intelligent plan to me. But since you are one of those morons I spoke about earlier, I don't expect you to rise about an eight year old's intelligence to understand that.
