Houston has been waging campaigns against the homeless for decades. Especially in the rich areas of town, but it isn't restricted to those areas.

You can find a similar scene pretty much everywhere. It is not like it is unique to SF or any city.

Yes, you see it in every major city.

Uh.....what American cities love their homeless persons? Esp. those American cities that rely heavily on tourism as does SFO?
