Nobody believes it, it's plain ridiculous. I argued with Raymond Duray about it for years, but my arguments got thinner. Some awkward questions just need a proper answer.

Hadn't seen this one before.

Hi KyrosL.

((Bush administration was complicit in 9/11 is not contrary opinion. It is insanity.))

May I ask you what you say this? Do you feel that there is no way that the American Government would do this to their citizens? Is it your belief that the evidence so clearly points to Al Qaeda that to look elsewhere is absurd? Or do you feel that is smacks of "conspiracy theory", and that such theories - like for instance the assassination of JFK - construct narratives that imply motive and causality that clearly is not the case. Or all of the above (smile).

I'd be sincerely interested to know.

BTW, my own personal belief is that this is not the work of the "Bush Administration" per se. It was the carefully-architected execution of a strategy to put American troops on the ground for a future in Eurasia. And not that this proves causality, but that's certainly what's happened. As such, it is the product of the US geopolitical elites - a consensus that reached across top US geopolitical strategies of both parties. I also agree with Mike Rupert that this this play for the Grand Chessboard was significantly motivated by the geological reality of peak oil.

Regards,
Glenn
