Do we use liberal logic and accuse Obama of being a racist for trashing Clarence Thomas?

That discussion is the ONE AREA of the interview where I wish there had been follow-up questions (although, the liberal media would NEVER have posed the correct question).

Obama can be DESTROYED about his position on Roberts. He lied when asked about Roberts claiming some kind of states' rights mumbo jumbo. If you read his website on his rationale for opposing Roberts, it was totally different.

Of course, the REAL reason he opposed him was his ideology. At least the Pastor had the good sense to push the Roberts issue -- it was a clear attempt to force Obama to talk about an extreme liberal position that is indefensible in a presidential candidate.

Steve, too bad I missed McCain and Obama at Saddleback Church yesterday. I doubt I could have got tickets, though.

From highlights I've seen, it looks like McCain was more confident, while Obama had to worry about his pro-choice, pro-gay marriage constituents.

Though we'll probably hear it from liberals who will point out that McCain is no social conservative ...
