i don't care if they are 'skilled' by your definition or not....

take 'college grads' out of the equation...talk about 'average worker' (since they are not 'skilled'), young people saddled with huge tuition to pay back, a tough job market and housing costs still out of kilter

unless and until home prices correct to 2.5 to 3 national median income approximately $50k (do the math and see how far the correction needs to go), we should not be putting up with any more 'intervention' to prop up homes prices, oh and, while he's at it, make sure it's even harder for our grads to get job

greenspan doesn't give a flying f' about affordable housing, he is all about 'saving' WS bankers
