I actually worked with a bidder on those assets many moons ago but have alas forgotten everything. All I seem to remember is that they were modestly down the food chain but on many, many different engines. Nicely diversified with good processes and a modestly high cost base (due to euro). I have not looked in a while but will review in next few days.
