Other NATO member had reservations about what Russia would do. Given the present circumstances, I'd say they were well-founded.

It is 100% obvious that Russia would NEVER have done what they did if Georgia were covered by NATO.

Nonsense. "Your team" understands how to cave. Conservatives understand that peace is attained through strength, and that sometimes war is necessary.
