I never saw Colville as being dirty, and I've been there a lot. I heard the same thing about Spokane from my oldest Son's girlfriend. She lived there for 3 yrs and uses that adjective a lot. We're going to be looking for dirt as we travel through the area. -gg- There are some really good prices for land and houses on acreage over there. Some nice lake front stuff out there too. This market has some good deals for buyers. I think everything will hedge on our first impression.
