I was very disappointed when he admitted that he did not know anything about economics. I disappointed again when he fired Gramm, who does know economics, for what was in reality a minor, soon to be forgotten gaffe.


It's not been his life study; fp has. I don't want to punish pols too badly for admitting that they are human or they will stop. It just makes the case for a strong economics team, with Romney as vp.
