CJ, there is nothing in those links that point to real policies of "wage compression." Just a lot of hindsight with analysts coming to their own varied conclusions.

Which contradicts your previous question, "Do you think the Great Wage Compression was an accident?"

I think it is clear what I was referring to when I originally mentioned "equalizing incomes," and it all has to do with those who confuse the symptom with the cause.
