I have faith that Ben will do what Ben does. And the time for that play may not be far away.


And there is actual evidence that he is in that mode. The only questions in my mind are whether it will continue and if it'll be enough to offset any dis-inflationary effects.



As an aside, John Williams data shows that corrected CPI-U was around 13.4% last month. The "lies factor" went up by 1/4 percent.
