LMAO....back to back busted bubbles. I'm surprised that the public was so stupid to fall for another bubble right after the last busted bubble, but then again....their authorities told them....get out there and spend....housing can't be in a bubble....there's no such thing as a housing bubble....housing can't go down....housing has never gone down....we have visibility into 2010....yawn.
