Lula, tired of seeing ethanol suffering tariffs, agricultural products blocked in Doha decided free markets don't exist and want to go Hugo's way. But I am getting old and am going to lobby for oil money for myself too!! :-) After all your Hugo there -I'm assuming you're an American- prefers to dole out money to Iowa farmers... Quality of leadership is suffering all over the world, Aggie. If you loook around the planet, we can see single leader doing the right thing...
