Dems & BO are spinning their wheels on Afghanistan/Pakistan. Voters are not interested in alternative military strategy when victorious US troops have already defeated alQaeda in Iraq.

YUP...Cheney and the neo-cons never really cared that much about al Queada.

They just used 9/11 as a "propaganda tool" for their plans in the Middle East.

If they had REALLY wanted to get bin Laden they would have put U.S. boots on the ground in Afghanistan right away and chased the guy right into Pakistan if they had to. I actually believe that they thought it might be counter productive to catch those guys right away since that would have dampened their "campaign of fear".
