Technically, I don't think he was ever a professor. As a professor he would have had to have been published which I have found no evidence of. Being a scholar in constitutional law means very little as ones interpretation of the constitution can vary widely depending on one's views as how the constitution should be interpreted. Aside from that he is the far lessor of two evils. That McSame is even close in the polls does not well for Obama.

Unfortunately teaching it does not mean he will adhere to it.

Greenspan understands economic theory, including Austrian economics, yet he sold his soul in practice.

Let's hope Obama, if elected, does not follow the footsteps of previous Presidents.

I'm aware that he was a teacher of law. A scholar is not the same as a teacher. Could you point me to some of his scholarly writings?
