I was more joking about the court, but i disagree about the dems stance on the economy vs gop 100%. Obama well expand jobs through gov't programs, and preventing others from going overseas. That plus tax breaks on the lower 90%, cheap/free healthcare, and assitance for the poor will put a lot more money into consumers pockets and well an ever lasting boost to consumer spending just like we saw in the few weeks after Bush sent out the rebates.
