at the very least it would seem like really upping your intake of water is a good idea

it bothers me when articles reference potential causes (like A & D) without accompanying research and evidence .....making it harder to do a risk/reward analysis....the evidence is piling up that D should be a part of a healthy person's supplementation....but how much? how much raises the level of potential complications....

If you did all of them together they could give you problems. I suspect they are guessing on C and D.
