Through the end of July, disclosure forms show Obama raised almost $5 for every $4 his Republican rival netted from Utah donors. Obama's campaign said he has raised $706,046 in Utah; McCain raised $595,320. McCain is not only a Republican but also a senator from neighboring Arizona.
