Ted, you can also include Santa Ana, CA. Parts of Anaheim are also pretty run down. And don't get me started on Garden Grove, CA (the Koreatown of OC) or Mile Square Park in Fountain Valley where a lot of gang activity takes place. I would love to jog or rollerblade there, but my wife won't let me, saying that there are many other places (i.e. safe) where I can do just that. Bottom line: There is a LOT more going on even in Orange County alone than I've seen going on in Seattle or Portland. I don't exactly live in Newport Beach or Laguna Beach (i.e. the "OC" that the rest of America sees on TV). Tenchusatsu
