Let's go back to Obama Senior of Kenya.

Question:

Let's assume that Obama Senior is Obama's father as reported in Obama, Jr.'s book.

Fact: Obama Senior of Kenya was a student in Hawaii going to the University of Hawaii/, funded with a scholarship/grant by the Kennedy Foundation of that time.

By virtue of this birth is Obama, the candidate, both an American and a Kenyan.

Think we have been through this before in a different way----the question is -----

"Did the United States recognize dual citizenship with Kenya in 1961?"

If so, then the recent news headline that Kenyan-Obama is a candidate in the USA is accurate.

If he has dual citizenship, then is he allowed to run under USA law for President of the USA?

Wouldn't Kenya just love to claim that a citizen of their nation is President of the United States of America if he were elected?
