you're with me on that then. cool. i'm going with the 15%.. which is still a slow down. on the other side of the coin.. i'm going with an unwilingness to lend... meaning its not working per the above. in simple terms of course. i went into BOA today to cash a check. they had their mortgage board posted at the entrance as always. i never pay attention to it. today i did. 30 year.......... 7%. i not only stopped, but looked twice.
