The Fed will bail out Fannie and Freddie and all the rest that it hasn't already but will certainly come way as this US financial catastrophe continues to unfold and unravel. The dollar's recent rise may have been nothing more than the realization that Europe's growth declining. The Dollar will be replaced as the defacto world currency as last resort slowly but with ever increasing recognition and speed. Pay back is a bitch. Oil will not see prices below $100 net quarterly for all of 2009 and most of 2010,if not further out. It all depends how we as a nation handle our credit woes. Inflation will gain the upper hand and show case its nasty display on all goods sold in the US.

This is what I believe.
