I'm not sure he was mentally ill until 9/11/2001. Perhaps not terribly bright, but not mentally ill, either.

I do believe he and his administration have done more damage to our country than any terrorist ever could have.

Ironically, it was all the war spending that had been keeping the economy afloat...
